Many private and business trips to and journeys through the country, personal contacts which have been established and ultimately turned into friendships, have motivated the members of the association to share the knowledge and pass on their enthusiasm and love of this country and its people.
Our Association was established in 2018 when a medical project was supported.
Activities
- We follow current developments in Bhutan
- We organise presentations and events and inform you about Bhutan
- We engage in medical, social and cultural projects in Bhutan
- We establish contacts for those who wish to travel to Bhutan
- We meet and take care of visitors from Bhutan in Austria
- We are linked to other Bhutan Friendship Societies in Austria and abroad
Since March 2019 we have been official member of PaN (Partner of all Nations), the Federation of Austrian-Foreign-Societies.
